Refund policy

Purchase of your IN-STOCK item is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, and exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. CLEARANCE ITEMS or products that are SPECIAL ORDER / MADE-TO-ORDER are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

To return or exchange your purchase, the product must be:

• In unworn condition
• In original unmodified condition (modifications include but are not limited to ring sizing, engraving and watch band adjustments)
• Accompanied with original receipt or order confirmation email

Online purchase return and refunds: Customer may responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Return shipping methods with tracking are recommended and customer is responsible for safe return of product.
